The Company's products and coaching do not involve the diagnosis or treatment of mental disorders as defined by the American Psychiatric Association and that coaching is not to be used as a substitute for counseling, psychotherapy, psychoanalysis, mental health care, substance abuse treatment, or other professional advice by legal, medical or other qualified professionals and that it is the It is the customers's exclusive responsibility to seek such independent professional guidance as needed. If the customer is currently under the care of a mental health professional, it is recommended that the customer promptly inform the mental health care provider of the nature and extent of the coaching relationship agreed upon with "The Company." The Company makes no guarantees or warranties, express or implied. In no event will Coaches or The Company be liable to the customer for consequential or special damages. Notwithstanding any damages that the Customer may incur, the Coach’s and Company’s entire liability, and the Customer’s exclusive remedy, will be limited to the amount paid by the Customer to the Company for all services rendered up until the agreed ending date.

Permission to Record and Use for Training Purposes

The Customer hereby grants permission to the Coach and the Company to record coaching sessions. These recordings may be used solely for the purpose of training, supervision, and quality improvement within the Company. The recordings and Customer’s identity will be kept confidential and will not be shared with any third parties without the Customer's explicit written consent.
