Confirm the email address you are trying to login with is the same one used during your purchase.  Often people have more than one email registered.

Reset your password. Go to the Recovery password page to reset your password here.

Have you attempted to login with a different browser? You may be experiencing a browser or caching issue.

If you have attempted to login with a different browser, you may want to consider clearing your browser cache. Here are a few commonly used browsers and their support guides on how to clear their browser cache:

• Using Google Chrome? Read Google's Support Guide on Clearing Cache and Cookies. 
• Using Safari? Read Apple's Support Guide on Removing Stored Cookies and Data.
• Using Firefox? Read Mozilla's Support Guide to delete browsing, search, and download history.

• Log into your account. 
• Click on your Avatar in the top right corner. 
• Select Settings from the dropdown. 
• Navigate to Purchase History to view and download your receipts.

Here are the steps to update your profile information:

• Log into your Identity Exchange account from our home page
• Click on the avatar (circle)
• Use the dropdown to go to "Settings"
• Change your basic profile information
• Save

• Reset password
• Login here 
• After logging in, click profile/avatar in the top right corner of the page.
• Select Settings from the dropdown.
• Here you can edit your information including change your password or billing info, access purchase history, email, and notification settings.

We are not training any more Identity Exchange Coaches at this time but working on new resources that will equip people to lead others.

To learn the Identity Exchange principles, we recommend joining the Becoming What You Believe Intensive and attending Catalyst.
