Catalyst training is offered in two phases. TheĀ first phaseĀ is a Live EventĀ focused on connecting with others on a similar path, learning the principles of transformation on a transferrable level and observing the process of leading a person through a listening exercise.Ā

Learn how to facilitate transformation through inner-healing prayer
TheĀ second phaseĀ of the Catalyst training is focused on developing your skills and building your confidence. You willĀ learn to facilitate identity transformation and become proficient in leadingĀ inner-healing prayer.
Catalyst Learning Labs are 8 weekly sessions, led by an Identity Exchange Coach in a small group (online) setting.Ā The final session will be led by Jamie & Donna Winship.
- Weekly experiential practice in small groupsĀ (observe, receive, lead)
- Receive guidance from a trained Identity Coach
- Extra session with Jamie & Donna Winship
Throughout this process, you will continue to receive your own healing and freedom as you develop a deeper understanding of these principles.Ā This is a lifetime journey!
