The Becoming What You Believe Experience is based on the Becoming What You Believe online course which consists of 8 modules. Each module includes a 40-60 min video teaching, a written summary, and questions for reflection.  Plan on spending about 6-8 hours per week diving into and processing the content.

Group Experiences
We host online group experiences via Zoom at various times throughout the month. All meetings will provide additional teaching and insight from our Identity Exchange Coaches to help you experience personal transformation on your journey.Â
Coaching
You will be assigned to an Identity Exchange coach and complete three online coaching sessions.
The Becoming What You Believe Experience is a prerequisite to attend Catalyst.

The kickoff of the Catalyst Training is a three day Live Event focused on connecting with others on a similar path, learning the principles of transformation on a transferrable level and observing the process of leading a person through a listening exercise.Â

Learning Labs (8 Weeks - Online)
Learn how to facilitate transformation through inner-healing prayer
The next step of the Catalyst training is focused on developing your skills and building your confidence. You will learn to facilitate identity transformation and become proficient in leading inner-healing prayer.
Catalyst Learning Labs are 8 weekly sessions, led by an Identity Exchange Coach in a small group (online) setting. Â
- Weekly experiential practice in small groups (observe, receive, lead)
- Receive guidance from trained Identity Coaches
- Extra session with Jamie & Donna Winship
Throughout this process, you will continue to receive your own healing and freedom as you develop a deeper understanding of these principles. This is a lifetime journey!
